Flu Immunisation Information

Dear Parent/Guardian

If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine in school this year, please follow this link to complete an online consent form. If you would like to decline, please complete a no consent form on the attached link.

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on the 3.10.24. The link will close on the 18.09.24. If your child has already had the Flu vaccine elsewhere since September 2024, please disregard this message.

Height and Weight Checks for Children in Year 6 also known as the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP)

The Healthy Families Team will be coming into school on Monday 8th January 2024 to carry out these annual checks.
